These are unprecedented times and we have made a number of changes to keep our customers and staff healthy whilst providing a service which allows the community to work from home, buy online, communicate with loved ones and keep updated with news.

Nothing is more important right now than keeping healthy and minimising the risk of contamination. So we are taking the following steps;

1) Our shop is now closed and will not be reopening for at least three weeks.

2) Our workshop and phone lines remain open. We will continue to repair computers and provide remote support for as long as it is safe to do so. Get in touch if you need any help anytime from 9am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. Please note we are not currently available on Saturdays.

3) We are offering a FREE collection and delivery service for all repairs. Our staff will not be able to enter the house but will be able to pick up or drop off devices that we are unable to repair remotely.
